Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . My mother have been using Airtel SIM for the last 7+ years. Suddenly it stopped working in the 3rd week of March this year. The network bar is gone. I tried all the troubleshooting but none of them worked. (1/3)

To my shock, the customer care says that there is no such number. I then went to the Airtel service center. They said the same thing that they cannot find any info related to the number on Airtel systems. (2/3)
