9/9:Through schemes like the chakdari and Trakiyat systems,the Kashmiri Muslim majority was economically gutted. The oppressive Hindu-state and its administrative allies(KP) enriched themselves while reducing the Muslims to landless laborers or indebted tenants on their own soil.

8/9: To cover their tracks. kashmiri pandits routinely coerced helpless villagers into unanimously testifying to fictitious claims that the land was the Pandit's ancestral property. To please Pandit bureaucracy,the Dogras knowingly turned a blind eye to this theft.
