Thank you @Umaechi. You were the best, and are a legend of this game. Every time we met on the court, I left that court a better player.
You elevated the talent of everyone you played with. I am in your debt. The next person to take your place has large shoes to fill.
Thank you.
Just did one of my best performances last weekend at the AEFF (American Abstract and Experimental Film Festival) Awards (my song "A Technicolor Life" from the documentary I worked on for Nam June Paik.) Won the Best Original Song award. Thank you to everyone. And I ran like hell.
Twitter decided to let @TheSaintOfBBall's apology fall into the depths of its hell.
I'm glad we can finally call for a truce. You are an insanely good player, Oscar. And I know I'm not innocent.
We can bury the hatchet whenever you want.
So let me get one thing straight.
Yes, I train in judo.
Yes, I went to the Olympics in Judo in 2020.
Yes, I placed in the top ten for heavyweights in the world.
No, I did not win a medal. No, I did not throw someone so hard they died.
Yes, I still want to play basketball.
@ALKArctics Just a spot for your shoes and gym bag, a bunch of mats, and like twenty students and three trainers, all three of which are Judo World Championship medalists or Olympic team members.
@ALKArctics In a stuffy gym in Florida, and then in the Deeplock Killers' gym in Columbus with Sensei Kuwada-sama. That 5'7" ermine would throw me so hard I had to check if my back was still there. And it's this tiny place with an entrance down an alleyway in Columbus. No windows, no AC.
