Two years ago, on the same week #Article50 was triggered, I signed a contract to join @Woodplc, moving from #Brussels to #London with no clarity whatsoever on what would follow with #Brexit. Today, there's even less clarity but we're #March29 and still in the #EU! 🇪🇺 #revoke

Our ambition is to phase out the most harmful chemicals.

Yet some of their uses are still essential for society & to help us deliver the green & digital transition.

We have new guidance on criteria for defining which of them are actually essential.

Today we presented our final recommendations for an essential use concept to @EU_Commission and Competent Authorities for #REACH, to help them facilitate the phasing out of the most harmful chemicals in non-essential uses. Mammoth work from our @wsp team!

Satisfying as it might be to watch part of a hubristic billionaire’s fortune turn to dust, Musk is destroying something of great value. Twitter has its downsides and then some, but it’s also a crucial forum for exchanging information and ideas. 🧵

@elonmusk But imcatanation remains permissible?

Hi @ConsulFranceUK - I’ve tried to call 20 times today; nobody is picking up your normal phone line and your emergency line is sending straight to voicemail. I have an urgent request - could you please let me know how I can contact you? Thank you

Word of the day is 'thinkache' (19th century): the bone-weariness that comes from too much (painful) thinking.

@morgan_bryn @Eurostar @EurostarUK Thanks! @Eurostar asked me to DM but has ignored my messages since then, and their phone lines are down. I'm due to travel tomorrow (want to change for Friday). Not sure what's going on nor what to do!

[Kastalie M. Bougas @Kastalie]

Hi @Eurostar @EurostarUK. I'd like to change my booking but your app won't let me do it although I booked through it. It says to contact the agent, but there isn't any. None of your phone lines are available in any country. And you are not responding to emails. Could you help?

[Kastalie M. Bougas @Kastalie]

@Eurostar @Eurostar @EurostarUK Your phone lines now say you are closed for technical issues. This is very frustrating.

[Kastalie M. Bougas @Kastalie]

@Eurostar Hi @Eurostar, I did yesterday, could you reply to my DM. I'm scheduled to travel tomorrow and need to change my ticket. Thanks.

Greece today mourns the loss of Mikis Theodorakis. An iconic composer. A fighter for democracy and social justice. We are deeply saddened by his passing, and are only comforted by the knowledge that his legacy will live on, enriching lives the world over, for generations to come.

Slept late today, so I managed to miss an entire cycle of catastrophic government fuck up and subsequent U-turn.

@IndyTravel Are people allowed to travel with @Eurostar or are they being turned down with antigen test, despite being aligned with the French requirements? @ConsulFranceUK

[Kastalie M. Bougas @Kastalie]
