@jettila Hey Chef!When I was in Chinatown/NYC I had a dim sum that was filled with chopped shrimp & some other ingredients.They used a see-through wrapper & I believed it was called “glass shrimp.Have I ever heard of it & if so, do U know the recipe??? They were so flippin’ good!

@chefvietpham Hi Chef! I just saw Jet try your venison tartar & he mentioned that the gaminess was cooked out of it. My husband loves venison but I hate it because of the gaminess! How’d you cook it out in 24 minutes? Marinade?
