As the only one in my friendship group who's single and without kids, I know what it's like to feel lonely.
I live alone and I'm a seasoned lone traveller, solitary cafe go-er and solo diner.
Here's 10 things I remind myself to do on those days when I'm feeling isolated.

Let’s talk about livers! Great work from @AlrightMyLiver if you live in Bristol and see them out and about, pop over and say hello (and maybe get a liver check too)
Proud to share the link to the full video made with @NHSEngland 💜 🏥 this aims to give more information about the Community Liver Health Check pilot and to give people an idea about what to expect in follow up hepatology care.

The rain is coming down but spirits remain high in the south west. A visit from the Green Party’s Carla Denyer. Thanks Carla! #JuniorDoctorsStrikes@carla_denyer @BMASevernJDC
As junior doctors begin our second industrial action to restore our pay, Severn RJDC would like to thank team Gloucester who raised over £900 for Sue Ryder hospice with their bake sale during the last strikes @SouthWestBMA
