Hot weather can impact performance & safety ⚽️
Stay hydrated, take shade breaks, wear light gear, use sunscreen & know heat exhaustion signs.
Looking after yourself = peak performance 🌡️⚽️#StaySafe #grassroots #FootballTickets

👏 Da iawn | A huge well done to all of our junior clubs, leagues, players & volunteers who took time to remember the great #GarySpeed over the weekend.

⚽️❤️ Respect is a key value in Welsh football and it's great to see so many of our young players showing it for a real hero.
