Today was my 1 yr anniversary in post as Everton District Nurse Team Leader @Mersey_Care. Reflecting on the 12 months leaves me in awe of this teams incredible resilience. They have shown strength, compassion, resourcefulness, growth & willingness to support others 🌈 #ICNPride
