@kyle_callahan_3 @hexsteph I did about 9 month of therapy, 6 months of EMDR (weekly slowly down to monthly). It’s the number one thing that helped me go from in and out of the psych ward (annually) to actually enjoying life. P.S - its worse right after a session so be careful and I didn’t use the light bar
