good afternoon @c2c_Rail I added a 10 day flexi season ticket to my smart card on Sunday 8th July, but it wont load at Stanford-Le-Hope station...any ideas why? Thanks
@c2c_Rail Never mind claiming my return journey value home yesterday, can I claim the taxi fare back because you could not get me home? I wasn't able to tap out so how are you going to calculate my automatic delay repay as a minimum?

Hello @c2c_Rail I have been in touch with the customer services team via email but still no response 2 weeks later...How can I cancel my smartcard Annual ticket & get a refund? I can see on the FAQ's that its possible...but no link to how you can claim...any help appreciated
@c2c_Rail Can I request a new card first? And does my refund then get calculated from the date of surrender, I thought it could only be calculated on a whole month basis? Sorry for all my questions, but this is VERY helpful
