Playing a fun game this morning: every time the news report about people crossing the channel is on, shout "people" everytime the reporter says "migrants". The dehumanising language that divides us and leads to short-sighted policies is rampant.
Now that we have this unique opportunity to reimagine how society operates, what would it take to dismantle the unjust systems and structures that feed discrimination and unconscious bias inherent within organisational and cultural hierarchy, today?

Resilience is not the same as wellbeing. To use the analogy of the tree, wellbeing is ensuring the air is clean, the tree has water and there is adequate sunlight. However, this alone does not sustain a tree during a storm. Resilience comes from having roots. @ActionOnAces
