Coming off anti-depressants can be very tricky, best to withdraw very slowly gradually reducing the dose, and there's no shame in staying on them if they are needed. It's taken well over a year to reduce mine and still not fully off them yet.

@TheOfficialJVS That’s horrible, and so traumatic. I had to shout at a woman the other day and ask her to put her dogs on a lead as I had mine on leads (and moved to one side) as they’re not always friendly with other dogs. She was utterly oblivious and irresponsible.
