@Hermesparcels really need some help tracing a parcel that has disappeared into the nether. Getting pretty annoyed at the inability to be able to get in touch with anyone real at Hermes.

@Hermesparcels Trying desperately to get in touch with someone about an EU parcel I had delivered and it seems impossible to speak to anyone who isn't a bot. Please could I have contact details for an actual person to speak to?
