A2: Our parent group is amazing. They put on so many fun activities to promote our school and wellness for kids. We also invite community members in for our Red Carpet Rally to share how they use 7 Habits in their life. Kids love it! #memspachat

A4: PLC process helps gives staff a voice and fosters collaboration. Student voice and leadership are also goals.We include them in leadership roles within the school/day any chance we can… morning greeters, hallway tutors, hear our voice to name a few. #memspachat

A2: My parent group does a bbq at our open house and it’s a great way to meet and connect with families. Also, watch dogs and other parent volunteer opportunities. We try to get them in as much as possible. Not always easy but the door is always open! #MEMSPAchat
