@aegeanairlines There's meant to be a 30% discount according to your t&cs but when you try to book either through website or app both show full ticket price.

@British_Airways I've sent DMs and still awaiting response. Can't get through online chat, can't speak to a representative over the phone. What other options do I have. I'm very disappointed in this utter lack of service

@HM_Passport are you able to start the process of a child's first passport without birth certificate? In Scotland no certificates are being created but have the paperwork from hospital where I gave birth.

@SP_EnergyPeople Yes received the email to apologise for the long delay in response however in the interim I was advised by telephone I had to follow policy of telephone complaint and so have taken an hour tomorrow to receive the call at 8am as an attempt to resolve this issue.

@SP_EnergyPeople I've raised a complaint via email and been told by a member of the complaints team on the telephone that I must discuss it all over the phone and cannot complete the complaint via email which is the best method for myself as I work full time and cannot spend 50mins on phone.
