@OntheBeachUK this quite clearly states a cancellation for your significant change would take 24 hours with full refund. I’m 6 days later and still nothing with no one to speak to. I need my money back
@TectonicPlateUK @Airbnb I had the same issue with @Airbnb a few years ago. The rental was filthy and when we said we wanted to leave as it was in such poor condition we had to pay the next full nights stay too. Awful customer service and never used again

The worst company I have ever dealt with @virginmedia Not only does their internet service not meet their commitments they believe it’s ok for fraudulent activity to happen on your account and penalise the customer for this. Where do I go next to take further as @MartinSLewis ?
@virginmedia Change back our tariff, very good of you seeing as we never changed it in the first place. And £50 ‘goodwill’ refund, when you have taken £150 and counting on new bill for your mistake you owe us the full amount not a gesture of ‘goodwill’ !! Just shocking. No resolution on WiFi
