Increasingly a common source of distress in people we see with long term health conditions is abt having to rely on nhs services that are not reliable- the added anxiety & frustration feels like a final straw. We can listen & support but what's needed here is basic reliable care.
Things I’m learning at #EPPC2023: family income predicted physical and emotional QOL in patients with CHD. More evidence that interventions at a social and preventive level are needed to reduce health inequalities and level up health outcomes.
