@kaleighf One time I dropped my credit card in the thin slice between a restaurant booth and the wall. They literally had to rearrange the restaurant, detach the booth, and then slide it out to get my card. It was a whole ordeal.

I sent a vulnerable and honest newsletter today about some things (both practical and existential) I’m struggling with as a freelancer. I was, admittedly, very nervous about it.

I pretty much exclusively listen to nonfiction (I read fiction). Here are a few audiobooks I've loved recently to give you a sense of my tastes:

@QuinnFos I ran it through a different detector and it said 100% human-generated, so I guess that's something?

But it also makes me feel like I could run it through a different detector and get 50%. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I just wrote a piece myself and ran it through an AI detector for kicks.

It came back as 90% human-generated (not bad, but I still didn't love that). So, I went through and made some changes.

What happened after my edits? I dropped a percentage. Now it says it's 89% human-generated.

I hate it here. 😭

Spent my morning at a local library’s semi-annual book sale. Tables and tables of books! $2 for hardcovers and $1 for paperbacks. Why can’t every morning be like this morning!? 😍
