Canada, I love you and visit you often 🇨🇦, but.... what's up with your non-existent care for patients with #autonomic disorders? If you think things are bad in the US, it's nothing compared to what my Canadian patients are going through, especially if they live up North or West Coast of Canada. I am more than happy to talk to my Canadian colleagues of all specialties who are interested in learning how to take care of their patients with autonomic disorders, including autonomic #neuropathy and ganglionopathy, #POTS and others.

P.S. Your Medical Aid in Dying (MAID) program IS NOT the answer, but treatment of autonomic disorders, autoimmune disorders and mast cell activation syndrome IS.

On Dec. 27th, 2020, my husband passed out while driving, and our car crashed at 70mph on I-10 near Jacksonville, FL.

A driver headed the opposite direction saw the crash, exited the interstate, and got back on- 1/6

"Accessibility" is the main issue i'm interested in seeing. And it's completely absent, which is especially disappointing now that we have the accessible BC Act. No one even talks about bringing on an accessibility advisor as they do for #TruthAndReconciliation.
