@CityofJoburgZA also why does the city change accounts and not close the previous account? Why is this account with absa still active and no one keeping an eye on it? Could it be that your people are helping themselves to monies in there hence they refuse to give the approval?

Part2: We are apparently sitting on a bill of 1,5mil as a complex. Part of the bill is the developers bill who closed and reopened the account again withiut our knowledge and now is linked to our complex. COJ cannot give answers as why this is @CityofJoburgZA @Eskom_SA @Lesufi
