@BandaiNamcoUS I preordered Ace Combat 8 Deluxe Edition on Xbox but didn't receive an AC Zero/F-14A code; instead, I got another AC 8 Deluxe Edition code, + the one that came on the physical edition of AC 8. No movement on my case on the support site. Please advise.
