@united @united seems even the US Government has concerns with this practice. Again, you reassigned our seats so that our 3 and 5 year olds are sitting alone in a separate cabin on an international flight. Make this make sense?

@united has reassigned our families seats on a 7 hour flight so that my two toddlers (3 and 5) are now sitting alone and in a separate cabin. Rang them to fix this issue and customer service said nothing can be done 🤯 Is this even legal #unitedairlines #United

@Anthropologie worst online shopping experience ever! Waiting for furniture ordered in Feb! Customer service couldn’t give details where order is other than it might be another month and they would email 1/2 days. Meanwhile I’ve ordered and have received furniture from @Wayfair
