There are many things you can do to help with that. Not talking about deeper anxiety which you get medication for...

Thats why I just feel with something so serious there can be a lot of lies and false allegations. I am all for people telling their truths but twitter is not where you do it if it's serious, imo.

@SirRhiRhi @NativeRose0524 Okay but they are marketed to anyone over 13 and they say to get parental permission if you are under 18 to take them. Pretty standard, parents do have responsibilities and everyone is responsible for their own choices. He didn't make children take sleep vitamins.

@SirRhiRhi @NativeRose0524 idk, I don't think the teeniest details matter when it comes to this.. Point is he met them there and they helped him out in exchange for him promoting the sleep thing which halo doesn't sell. He probably didn't think about it. but at least he apologised.
