Today is #StressAwarenessDay. I find the analogy of stress bucket really helpful. We need holes (self care) to drain the stress and notice that even small drips can cause us to overflow. We all manage stress differently but most important of all is not bottling it up and talking.

@PrimroseUK so so disappointed with my latest order of 25 plug plants.
I’m sure 5 can never survive and looking like another 5 may not get through the night either. Received Monday morning plants looking quite rotten. I probably will never order @PrimroseuK again.such a shame
