@LloydsBank why can’t I report a potential fraud on my card? You used to have a v efficient fraud dept., now I’m sent round in circles and told by a bot that my card is frozen. I know that. Someone is trying my card 3 times a week in another country!

@LloydsBank I’m phoning from outside the UK. It’s a TFL transaction that keeps repeating. I did use my card once on tfl, that went through ok. Now there are repeated attempts to charge me, lots of different dates.

@LloydsBank Sorry, doesn’t work. I’m asked what I’m calling about, I’ve said fraud/ card fraud. I get sent to the app for help with a transaction, then it says my card is frozen.
