There’s a troubling trend in this country. Government agencies and parastatals keep advertising job vacancies and even calling people for interviews. Some, like the rotten KPA and KRA, make applicants go through long online assessments. Yet not a single ordinary applicant seems to get employed.
The reality is that many of these vacancies are already reserved for relatives or sold for hundreds of thousands. Why the secrecy around those who are actually recruited? Why not publish the full list of those employed?
We want transparency. We want the complete list of everyone who has been employed by KPA, because clearly people are working there. The government must stop selling hope to desperate job seekers and the young people must make this institution
