@hotelsdotcom I tried that. Helen refused to give me her last name, escalate my call or do anything other than give me a $50 credit. The hotel was a mess but your service was beyond inexcusable. I will DM with the photos immediately.

@hotelsdotcom is despicable, their customer service is sub par, and they are greedy. @HolidayInn in Charlotte, City Center, had no hot water, leaking sink, broken black-out blinds, no valet for the valet parking, myriad issues and both are refusing ANY type of compensation.
