@bobbyberk Rest if you can. Closing my eyes doesn't always help until I'm relaxed enough to sleep. The strange thing that helps me? A busy patterned piece of fabric or wrapping paper. Looking at it without my glasses helps the rippling or kaleidoscopic effect much less bothersome.

@JonesgGreg Just listened to a story on NPR with an interview with one of the best all-time coaches in Alabama. Assistant coach in ICU, now a player tested positive. As a parent, I appreciate the measures that mitigate the risk so that we can keep our boys in shape and growing in the game.
