@TravelexUK It’s nothing to do with how you display your rates. I’m not even disputing commission. But I put trust in your company in the numbers displayed & issue is your exchange rate was 25% less then the real rate. I feel foolish for trusting your company. #travelex

Feel v taken advantage of by @TravelexUK. 5am solo in airport. I trusted exchange rates were reasonable. Discovered when arriving in Croatia (same day) they shaved 1/4 off exchange rate as well as the (expected) commission. I paid £83.50 (plus commission) for £62 worth of Kuna.
