@StagecoachEScot I had the misfortune of traveling on the 8:15am number 16 Perth - Ninewells service 3 times last week & each time it was absolutely freezing, no heating at all. I asked around & it's always that cold, unacceptable given the average age of the passengers.

@megabusuk We stopped at Pitlochry & the driver has done something to the heating & the cold air is on 🙏🏻 so for the last half hour there will be no more casualties.

@megabusuk currently on the 10:27 from Aviemore to Perth - the heating is on full pelt 😭 (apparently the driver has turned it down to 'fires of hell') If anyone leaves this bus without an airborne virus they'll be very lucky...

@ScotRail hi, was looking to book Aviemore - Perth on 19th October but it's a rail replacement bus for the same price as the train fare. What is the planned disruption? It's cheaper to get a Flix bus. Thank you.

@bt_uk my elderly mum has been without her landline & broadband for nearly 2 weeks now. The engineer came out on Tuesday said it was an open reach issue? She relies heavily on her landline & her EE mobile only works in the kitchen if she's facing the right way. Appalling.
