@DTE_Energy Shouldn’t have to tell you a floating neutral causes unpredictable voltage shifts, driving some circuits well over 120V while others drop. These severe power surges instantly pose major fire hazards, and can energize metal appliance surfaces with lethal current.
@DTE_Energy My residence at 48100 Fuller Rd., Chesterfield was evaluated by a tech who confirmed a dangerous broken neutral at the pole. Standard support won't provide an ETR. Partial power to my house is dangerous and unstable. Please escalate to dispatch immediately.
