Instead of saying ‘we need to tackle exclusions by tackling the schools that exclude’, how about ‘we need to first tackle the complete disregard for structures, boundaries and basic levels of respect for education and educators in a growing proportion of young people’.

Isn’t it weird how the WORLD’S WORST delivery service now has no social media, no way to contact them, no phone number and only a chat bot that gives no information whatsoever. #Evri your customer service is disgusting.
@irene882214844 Nothing. No social media. The chat bot online takes you in circles with zero response or help. The customer service number I googled said ‘I can’t understand you, goodbye’ and hung up. Disgraceful.

Hello @hm_custserv@hm I ordered a parcel with you and usually your delivery is super speedy. I have paid NEXT DAY delivery and #Evri have had my parcel sitting at a depot since Wednesday. #Evri delivery service is shocking, their customer service ‘bot’ is even more shocking!
@ASOS order some shoes from you and had them a week and they have broken. I am so disappointed as asos are usually such good quality and I have only worn them at work, sat down at a desk all day. I’d like a refund.
