[BREAKING] A 3-judge panel in the 8th Circuit has granted republican state AGs' motion to preliminarily block SAVE, the Biden-Harris administration's new Income Driven Repayment plan.
This injunction replaces the temporary stay issued by the 8th circuit a few weeks ago.
The Dept. of Ed has updated its guidance on the new loan forgiveness plan expected to launch this fall. ED says no application will be required, relief will be automatic.
