I'm almost 40. Ive been studying political history and authoritarian movements for years now. To you younger ppl that may follow me or anyone who comes across this. This is the reality of our situation.

Your parents and grandparents have been completely radicalized by a multi billion dollar echo chamber specifically designed to exploit ppl's fears and prep them to undertake anti-democratic actions against their own country. Ready to commit and accept violence as a means to an end. A death cult. You know what I'm talking about. You've seen it with your own eyes.

One of the biggest pieces of shit to hold office was Ronald Reagan. Tho, he was correct when he said, "Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction."

Unfortunately, because of the path he put us on, you are that generation. Forget the culture war. This is what oligarchs use to hide true power. Republicans tell you government doesn't work so therefore it needs to be dismantled but it is them who are actively trying to render our institutions futile. They actively work against your interest and try to blame their opposition for the failure of the government that they are actively destroying. All in an attempt to convince you to give them power to fix it. Only to not relinquish it ever again because they are a dying out party that only represents a minority ruling class that's gasping for air. When anything looks at extinction it will do anything to grasp for life and to protect itself (in this case, power & wealth). You will no longer have a say and your future will be stolen. A reinvented hierarchy predicated on cruelty solely to prop up a ruling class with the law behind them to step on anyone persuing unlimited profits. Only violence will bring back what we once had. That our ancestors fought and bled for.

The American dream all but a nightmare.

You have to understand the gravity of our situation and what such an important crossroad we are at in our history. Literally the future of our country is in your hands.

One of our most revered American icons once said, "government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth."

If this were to stand true you have to come together. You have to organize and get involved. There's a reason why Republicans are trying to make it hard as possible to vote. There's a reason why they want to raise the voting age.

They fear you.

The vote is more powerful then the bullet. Use it while you still can.
