What else can I say about this series other than that I'm really freakin' excited and proud of it?! Being able to have @emmasamuelphoto in my studio and the two of us just exploring different subjects spontaneously was simply incredible.

I am a portrait photographer, I work alone. I am not accustomed to working with others in this way. But something about how this series was developed was so natural and had us so in-tune when setting up and shooting. We had a story emerge when we didn't even expect it. Stepping back and going through both of our images revealed something I wasn't surprised by, but more so inspired by. 2 photographers creating a story that goes well beyond these 3 images.

This is a story that hopefully resonates in many ways with others. One that, while on the surface might look aesthetically pleasing, is much more than that. A series of meaning and emotion that was formed in collaboration. That's rare. That's special. Thank you, Emma. This has truly been an incredible experience and I can't wait to continue this story with you.
