@AMchatter 1/3 I would advise anyone in their right mind, particularly those with children, to avoid Kia like the plague. Our Kia Optima (under warranty with a full Kia service history) has been in a Kia dealership for over 3 months now, whilst the dealer and Kia UK argue over the diagnosis

@AMchatter 2/3 This has been accompanied by a complete lack of communication. In addition, they are refusing to provide us with a courtesy car larger than a Kia Picanto, in order for us to safely transport our luggage and two small children (3 and 3 months) on a long awaited holiday.

@AMchatter 3/3 I am absolutely staggered at the absence of customer care and common sense - it has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If anyone is attracted by the 7 year warranty.. it’s not worth the paper it’s written on.

@lovingfeeling This has really moved me Phil ❤️ I did meet CBW in the late 90s (maybe early 00s) in Miami. He invited a work colleague and myself to an NFFC friendly against Miami Fusion as they were then! He could not have been more friendly and welcoming to us and I’ve never forgotten it.
