Week 208 #climatestrike 4 YEAR ANNIVERSARY! We had such a great turn out today for the 4 year anniversary of climate striking. I know we can make change but if we have to strike for another 4 years to get it we will run out of time! Just saying… @GretaThunberg@Fridays4future
Following the debate yesterday of the vote at 16 bill submitted by @ThomasPringleTD in the dáil which I had the honour to view live in the gallery, here are some reasons why vote at 16 should be brought in now, not in a years time ⬇️⬇️⬇️ (a thread)
And what a fantastic webinar it was, with 10 top class team proposals. Team 7's ideas on using technology to fight #ClimateChange were well-received. GRMA to our guests @KateNicD and @_conorgalvin for their time, their feedback and their shared passion for the topic 🌎
I’ll be featured on ‘The Green Room’ tomorrow at around 9 o’clock on Dublin City Fm, for international children’s day! Speaking about the climate crisis, being interviewed by some wonderful little kids, representing @SchoolStrikesIE!!
I had the luck of being a part of RTÉ's series leading up to COP26. My theme was Global Community and the importance of solidarity, reparations and justice. For the land and the people, always ❤️
Hundreds of thousands of young people around the world are expected to join the global climate strike tomorrow. We spoke to five young activists who will be taking to the streets of Dublin.

Hey,
You ready to shake off the cobwebs from Strike Posters?
We sure are. Join us and #UprootTheSystem on 1pm outside government buildings Friday September 24th
As a student sitting the Junior Cycle exams in 2022, it’s very disappointing to see that no adjustment has been made to any paper we’ll sit in June. After 2 years heavily impacted by covid and a majority of exams being sat for the first time, changes badly need to be made.
LOOK AROUND YOU. People from MAPA are already seeing the worst impacts of climate change. Look at the droughts and the fires and the floods. Look at the record temperatures in the US and Siberia.
Then look at this tweet, and explain how, in this moment, this could be acceptable.
