Due to an overwhelming number of COVID19 related calls yesterday, San Antonio - the 7th largest city in the US - ran out of ambulances for 26 minutes. THERE WERE NO AVAILABLE AMBULANCES FOR ALMOST 2 MILLION PEOPLE.
