In true anxious fashion, I left my computer charger in my presentation room, realized it after I got ready for bed, and promptly freaked. Thus began my quest. (I couldn't just wait until morning. Hi, have you met me?) #ACESEvolve

So I went to the locked room, then the concierge, then the front desk, then the room again to wait for maintenance, which didn't come. (Pic taken in the hall outside while I waited.) So my mom went to the front desk and returned with a very nice man, who opened the room.
