@WindmillAir this thing is in my toddler’s room and IT’S POSSESSED. Horrible night last night resetting itself to either the coldest setting (60) or the hottest (86) and then just going berserk with loud beeps. So upset about this.

Also, if I have an older windmill and a new one, do I need to use two separate apps now??? Or can I get them both on the same app? Do I need two separate accounts?????
@WilliamsSonoma The order # is 331772964747 and again it is for a BED so this is extremely inconvenient. We got rid of our bed the day before our original delivery was scheduled on 7/25 and now we have been sleeping on a mattress...with no end in sight, apparently.
@RejuvenationInc@WilliamsSonoma Ordered a nearly $3000 bed that was NOT backordered on 6/26--delivery promised between 7/7 and 7/21. First delivery canceled. Now told shipment hasn't moved AT ALL & only plan is emailing to the warehouse--which they already ignored once. REALLY??
@WilliamsSonoma It's not on backorder! It says it was shipped but the tracking hasn't updated in 18 days & CS insists the only thing to be done is to email the warehouse. They are in the same facility but claim they can't reach them any other way & the warehouse has already ignored one email.
@Readdle How do I add an emoji in the Spark email client for MacOS? In every other app I press control + command + space and the emoji selector comes up, but it does not work in Spark. Driving me batty!! 🦇

@NYStateofHealth Can't get answers from @HealthfirstNY about how to process reimbursement for OTC Covid at-home tests. This has been the law for 8 MONTHS. They want me to mail in a form originally created to reimburse emergency room visits.
