@myrtharuby @Kryptonicangel @alisha_k_moore @Allanah_Morales The government requires us to do to prove teachers are doing their jobs. Some, not all, principals don’t even give accurate evaluations. I always just teach like normal but I do tell the kids the principal is coming to watch them.

I’ve had evaluations that I had to do right after a fight on campus and my kids needed a restorative circle but I had to teach my evaluation lesson and it went horribly. Our evaluations also give us bonuses based on our scores, it’s just something...
