@uk_fedex im trying to speak with Jim O’Brien who took my complaint on 2 feb. Leroy Wilson was supposed to get back to me but despite 3 emails he is ignoring me. I’ve had a reminder for an invoice to say you are passing to debt agency. First I’ve learnt of this!!

@HunterBoots I’ve returned a pair of faulty wellingtons and the receipt shows £100 but the shop are saying they will only refund £67 as that’s the price in store?!?!? It was an exchange 3 times and £100 is what I paid 3 years ago.

@Forever21 If you are in the UK DO NOT BUY! After most of my order was cancelled after waiting 3 weeks I received items I didn't order but have been charged for. No way to speak to customer service without paying £1.50 a minute!!! No delivery paperwork so I cant return either!!!
