I am with two Seniors Citizens at Asansol Station, and Your train is late by 3 hour. Now when we have tried to use waiting room the attender said first read the charges then enter..

I am not able to understand why this charges been collected from the passanger who have SL or AC class of tickets with them.
I am bound to take my parent Who is responsible for this, Railway who has make me bound to take them on platform or me who has taken ticket from railway.

Dear sir, My PNR is 6328033974 in Agnibina Express. Here some of daily passengers are harrassing a women and not providing her seat and asking has to call TT. No TT is available her nor able to call 182 . The lady who has been get hatred her seat no is DE1/47. Please help here
