@SkinKiss1 150ml olive oil,2tbsp chia seeds,3tbsp ACV,500g buckwheat fl,450ml water.mix all together + salt/pep,I also add sd toms,olives,garlic cloves,rosemary.pop in greased tin,bake 20mins,brush with olive oil + bake for another 20 mins til golden 😊 enjoy x

@em_lou_G I advise my clients(holistic massage therapist)to get a tennis ball or one of those spiked dog balls and push it into the centre of your bum cheek (like a bullseye!) you’ll know when you hit the spot..push against a wall and rotate the ball around frequently to release the muscle
