The comments about @SundayBrunchC4’s vegan dessert section are so disappointing 😔 they didn’t force anything, just showed some alternative ways of making British loved desserts and got a load of abuse for it. Surely we can be a bit more open minded in 2018?

@virginmedia Your call centre have listened so poorly that they haven’t logged my complaint properly, meaning I am now unable to get the full compensation I deserve. I need to reach someone who is not in your call centre and can actually help

@virginmedia Please listen. I have called you repeatedly. I am getting nowhere as no one listens or tries to resolve the problem, just tries to book an engineer to come out, who cannot fix the problem as it requires roadworks.
