@TheAA_UK - you were made aware my husbands vehicle had broken down on Monday. He is still waiting to get to a garage having been flat-bedded half-way back. Stuck at a road side services for 24hrs so far and ‘not a priority’. Tell his kids that. Tell his work that. #EpicFail
@RUSHHairBeauty Shame that @RUSHHairBeauty have now cancelled TWO appointments in a row for me - complete debacle in May and again today. 24 hours notice each time, despite booking well in advance and also confirming the appointments. No-one seems care about customer satisfaction here. #AWFUL!
