@metraUPW how can one train line be as bad as this? Train 32 NEVER IS ON TIME. Now we are watching it sit at Geneva for over 10 minutes and a result is now an overcrowded train that isn’t arriving on time. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE.

@metraUPW How can one train line for metra be so bad? I have taken bnsf multiple times, no issues. I’ve taken MDW multiple times no issues. Every time I take this train there is an issue. DO YOUR JOB and get us where we need to be on time for once !!!

@metraUPW train 32 has been late to Geneva EVERY SINGLE DAY THIS WEEK. You have one job and it’s to get commuters on time to their destination. It seems like I’m late to work every single day because you can’t do your job. Everyone says this is the worst train line and I agree.

@metraUPW Going forward please announce what side the train will be on at Geneva. It was on the other side with no announcement and people ran across the tracks to make the train since you cannot get across the tracks once the train arrives. You are putting lives at risk…
