@MartinSLewis my mum, a retired NHS nurse,just found out she wont be getting her full state pension, even though shes worked & paid in for over the 35 years, because of an ‘opt out’ scheme that she(&her colleagues)were never made aware of. Is there anything she can do about this?

@BarclaysUK why do you so frequently change the appearance of your online banking? Please be aware that by doing this it makes it incredibly difficult for people who aren’t confident with technology (but have been forced to use it because you seem to be closing all your branches)
