Every day you start with a water jug with a red lid, drink all of that swap to amber, drink all of that swap to a green lid. This way staff know if by afternoon you are still on a red lid to push fluids.

@PUNC21_Kayleigh 6Rs, check expiry date on meds, check medication is right one even after taken out box. If unsure be honest, use BNF if you don't know a medication.

Big thank you to the A&E paediatric team at @Derriford_Hosp. Always stressful and a worry as a parent when your child has to go to A&E . The Dr's, nurses and student nurses were so great. Making myself and partner at ease whilst also talking and including our 3 year old 💕
