All I have to say is if a man thinks he can talk down to me...all I'm gonna say to him is buh bye. I don't play. No man is allowed to abuse me...whether it be verbally, emotionally, mentally or physically. I will not tolerate such behavior. I know my worth.

People wonder why friends never reach out when theyre in a bad mental state. That's because when they try to reach out, they are shamed for doing so. Not everyone is happy all the time..and that is Okay.
